Samantha serves as the Operations Director at Partners in Change, where she oversees the day-to-day operations of the practice and supports the team behind the scenes. She enjoys finding ways to make things run more smoothly and creating an environment where both staff and clients feel supported and welcomed.

Before joining Partners in Change, Samantha worked in the public school system, where she gained experience working with students, families, and professionals from a variety of backgrounds. She brings that same people-focused approach to her role at Partners in Change.
