We are able to bill most insurances as an out-of-network provider. We also offer cash rates for all of our services.

At Partners in Change, we are committed to transparency and empowering our clients with clear information about the cost of their care. In accordance with the federal No Surprises Act, effective January 1, 2022, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of expected charges for non-emergency healthcare services

Under the law, health care providers need to provide patients an estimate of the bill for medical items and services for those who don’t have insurance, or those who are not using insurance.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency services. This includes therapy sessions, psychological assessments, and any related fees such as documentation, testing, or consultations that are reasonably expected as part of your care.

Your Good Faith Estimate must be provided to you in writing:

  • At least 1 business day before your scheduled service (if the appointment is made at least 3 days in advance)

  • Or within 3 business days if the service is scheduled 10 days out or more

  • You may also request a GFE at any time, even if you haven’t scheduled services yet

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to initiate a dispute resolution process through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). This process must be started within 120 calendar days of receiving the bill. A small administrative fee may apply.

For more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate or to access the dispute resolution process, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.
