Professional Information:

Dalila graduated from Columbia University in The City of New York, where she gained experience providing supportive therapy to adolescents in a Juvenile Detention Center. She has 10 years of clinical experience, in outpatient settings, providing individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults as well as clinical supervision. Dalila is clinically interested in the treatment of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, as well as anxiety, depression, trauma related disorders, adjustment, and disordered eating in children, adolescents and adults. She is nationally certified in Perinatal Mental Health and is state certified to provide specialized trauma treatment to children up to age 18. Dalila also has experience providing co-parenting therapy to separated and/or divorced individuals. She primarily incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness into practice with clients.

Outside of work, Dalila enjoys traveling, reading for professional and personal purposes, photography, crafting, and spending time with family, friends, and her pets.
