Carrie has 23 years of experience working in Community-Based Services and is dedicated to assisting individuals find healing, develop personal empowerment and recovery. Carrie’s approach as a therapist is person-centered, compassionate, psychodynamic, eclectic, and solution-focused. Carrie has worked in a variety of settings, including a domestic violence and homeless shelter, a dual-diagnosis substance abuse treatment center for women, and she received her clinical experience working for Community Mental Health. Carrie has worked closely with individuals experiencing mental health disorders, including: depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, bipolar, adjustment disorders, personality disorders, substance use disorders, trauma, and PTSD.
