We welcome clients of all ages and provide services in individual, family, couple, and group formats. We provide state-of-the-art treatment for a variety of concerns including anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, depressive disorders, anger control problems, substance abuse, grief and loss, sexual identity/LGBTQIA+, couples and family problems. We believe that attaining life satisfaction involves a blend of acceptance and change and a willingness to live according to personal and pro-social values. We strive to create an environment that brings hope and improves the quality of life for persons affected by trauma, mental health challenges and/or drug and alcohol abuse and addictions.

Perinatal Services (Therapist: Dalila)


While many women experience mild mood changes during or after the birth of a child, 15-20%
(1 in 5 women) experience more significant symptoms known as Perinatal Mood and Anxiety
Disorders (PMADs). “Perinatal” means anytime during pregnancy and postpartum. 60% of
parents experiencing perinatal loss present with depression, anxiety, and PTSD symptoms and
are at risk for developing a perinatal mood or anxiety disorder. Postpartum Depression is the
term most often used, however, there are several forms of PMADs, including:
• Depression during pregnancy & postpartum
• Anxiety during pregnancy & postpartum
• Pregnancy or postpartum OCD
• Postpartum PTSD
• Bipolar mood disorders
• Postpartum psychosis
