Kim oversees prison-based substance abuse contracts and court-ordered evaluations. She has extensive experience working with adolescents and adults with mood and anxiety disorders, as well as substance use concerns and trauma. She uses a variety of treatment methods including cognitive-behavioral therapy. Kim also conducts psychological assessments including ADHD evaluations and psychological assessments for the courts. She has several publications and presentations on treatment of substance using and correctional populations. Kim is adjunct faculty at Central Michigan University and helps train, supervise, and mentor Ph.D. clinical psychology students who have their practicum with our agency
